For the first time in JustFab Inc.’s company history, we brought together 150 of our leaders from around the world. The objective was to create a campaign for the 2-day conference which included both digital & printed assets. The design approach was focused on the concept of taking the “LEAP”, signaling momentum and foreshadowing a fun & inspiring experience. This layering of elements, along with lively, colorful & confident brand/tone created the sense of harmony & progress. LEAP 2016 resulted in a new annual event, establishing clarity around what leadership means at JustFab Inc.
