Krislam brings 12 years of experience from the design industry specializing in branding, presentations, and effective communication.

She is sought out for her expertise in presentation design and strategy. She is known to work closely with startups and executives on pitch decks, fundraisers, internal corporate communications, and external events.

Krislam is a tenure-track professor of Graphic Design at Mt. San Antonio College.

Becoming an educator was a life-long dream and has always been her north star. She spent the first eleven years of her career manifesting her dream job by creating and successfully launching workshops that helped her prepare for this role.

Krislam loves teaching and is excited to support emerging designers in their future careers. Her teaching style fosters a fresh approach and a safe and fun learning environment.

When she’s not behind her computer, in front of a whiteboard, or buried in a book, she’s likely getting breakfast with her favorite person, Jay Josue — a successful and creative designer. (ask about how we met!) Both can be found inside bookstores, coffee shops, and enjoying Filipino food. Their family is not complete without their two short snouts, Geoffrey, the blind Pug, and Alfred, the derpy Boston Terrier.
